Mr. Waits has been introducing Cascade Christian students to trades such as plumbing, welding and electrical since 2017. He is also an agent/organizer for Local #290. He’s been married for over 20 years to his wife Mandy, they have three boys: Austin, Colton, and Bowen. The Waits family have quite a collection of animals- two dogs (Aspen and Paul), several chickens, and four sheep. The Waits family attend New Life Nazarene, where Mr. Waits serves on the missions board, and is also an usher. He likes to hunt, fish, and backpack.
